Segun is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DABYRASE Ltd. DABYRASE Home Care is a subset of DABYRASE (Nig) Ltd. Segun is a registered social worker/therapist/counsellor licensed by the provinces of Alberta and Ontario, Canada. He has been providing counselling and support services for decades. Through his private practice as a registered therapist, and with authorization to perform psychosocial intervention, Segun currently collaborates with different government funded agencies to provide therapy, care and mental health services to vulnerable individuals and groups.
Segun’s passion to support the vulnerable and marginalized individuals is his motivation to pursue home care and supportive living services that provides support and lodging to seniors and people with special needs. DABYRASE Home Care Nigeria is a replica of the supportive and residential lodging home run by our sister company, DABYRAS Wellness and Supportive Services in Canada.
Dayo is an accomplished Architect who has handled medium to large projects for corporate organizations and individuals. Dayo is passionate about building support and care for people in need. Dayo is exceptional in pastoral care and coordination of the various programs of DABYRASE Ltd. He is a people’s person and cares about the welfare of people who need some support to perform at their optimum.
Dayo is a certified home carer trained at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan. As a member of the Home Care Team, Dayo oversees the general operations of DABYRASE Home Care. Dayo is a warm and caring person who will make your loved one feel comfortable in whatever space they choose to receive care.
Modupe recently retired after more than three decades from the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) as a Manager of Customer Services and Administration. She has decided to dedicate her retirement life to the service of our people in need of care and support. Dupe brings many decades of experience of care for aged members of her community. As a community leader and a voice of wisdom, Dupe cares about the welfare, safety and building therapeutic community for seniors and people with special need.
Modupe is the Operations Manager and leader of the frontline home workers at DABYRASE. She completes needs assessment of each client and assigns appropriate staff. Also, Dupe provides supervision to the home staff. She is the liaison and the relationship broker between family, staff, and clients.
Bolaji, a retired federal civil servant, obtained her carer certification from the UCH Geriatric Department. She is the direct report and team lead to all our home care staff. Bolaji is hands-on and provides mentoring to all the frontline staff. She spends time directly taking care of our clients to provide role-modeling and establish a high standard of care to staff. She observes staff and client at the initial stage of engagement, watches staff-client interactions and ensures they are a good match. Bolaji visits all the homes from time to time to ensure quality control and that the family is happy with our client care plan and service delivery.
