Our Process
- A family representative contacts us through our local or international phone line
- We schedule an intake face-to-face meeting, where possible, with the client and a representative of the family
- During the intake we will complete a needs assessment with the family and the client, and
– Collaborate with the family and their loved one to make a service plan
– Together with the family, we will develop a schedule that supports the needs of the client
– We will assign our trained homecare staff under the supervision of our certified carer to provide appropriate care and support to the client on a consistent basis.
